How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 5–7 working days across Pakistan. Delivery times may vary during sales or holidays.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We do not offer returns or refunds.
However, we do offer exchange only within 2 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
All exchange-related shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
What items are not eligible for exchange?
Sale items, discounted items, customized pieces, and altered articles cannot be exchanged.
